Our History
In 1988 Chris Lyle Plastering & Property Maintenance began in Bristol. Around ten years later the company relocated in Cornwall and rebranded as CL Building Services in 2017.

Now based on the Devon/Cornwall border and with a team of well qualified and accomplished tradesmen, CL Building Services cover the entirety of the two counties for all of its construction, renovation and refurbishment needs. Completing works ranging from external wall works, kitchens and bathrooms, painting and decorating, gardens, driveways, complete renovations and much more.

CL Building Services can complete a huge variety of projects for both commercial and residential customers. As well as working on countless homes, garages and business around the south west we have also completed projects for commercial partners such as Virgin Media, Kelly Communications, South West Lakes Trust & more.
